Lower Twin Lakes Lodge
is a drive-to camp and located 6 miles from Nakina, Ontario and in the heart of the best Moose hunting country in Canada. Lower Twin Lakes specializes in Bow / Archery and Rifle hunts with adult Bull Moose tags available for WMU 18A. This is a 7-day housekeeping hunt and hunters stay in clean and comfortable lakeside cottages. From the camp there is also easy access to WMU 18B and WMU 19 so hunters with their own tags are welcome to rent a cabin. Guided hunts can also be arranged. Nakina is the top destination in Canada for Moose hunting and non-resident adult Moose tags are limited and will go fast.
Brace Lake Outfitters:
We now have 3 NEW sites to hunt exclusively, they are remote tent camps in WMU 17. if you want a true moose hunting experience, one of these tent camps is for you. These majestic animals are the ultimate hunting experience. We also have hunts available at Brace Lake in Area 18A. Area 18A usually has surplus adult Moose tags and most applicants are successful in the tag drawing. There is 225 miles of shoreline to hunt with numerous rivers and creeks to hunt. It is generally hunted through the spot and stalk method. Brace boasts the healthiest moose population in Northwestern Ontario. There are multiple moose sightings every day and we have a 100% success rate for archery and rifle hunters. Guides are available for your convenience. Arametastone Outpost Camps'
air base is located 2 miles west of Nakina, Ontario on Cordingly Lake. From Nakina you fly north into the deep wilderness. They have fly-in outpost camps (including brand new camps) on Meta Lake, Albany River, Stone Lake and Ara Lake. AMS has 4 adult Moose tags for WMU 17, which includes 2 bull tags and 2 cow tags. They have 1 bull Moose tag for WMU 18
Seven Lakes Wilderness Camps
is located north of Nakina, Ontario. They offer fly-in Moose hunting with non-resident adult Bull Moose tags and adult Cow Moose tags for WMU 17, WMU 18A and WMU 18B. Accommodations for the Moose hunt are in their fly-in outpost cabins and remote wilderness spike camps. Success rates are extremely high with Moose commonly harvested between 800 and 1300 pounds. Look in their Moose hunting photos. They have had a couple of hunting guests harvest Moose close to 1600 pounds. That's a trophy Moose!
Twin Lakes Outfitters & Wilderness Camps
has the top Fly-in Moose Hunting in Canada. They are located north of Nakina Ontario. Due to the extremely high population of Moose in their area, Twin Lakes Outfitters receives more adult Moose tags then other outfitters in Canada. You can fly-in to their 21 outpost cabins and multiple army-style spike camps. All locations offer excellent Moose hunting. Hunts take place in WMU 1d, WMU 17 and WMU 18b. Residents with their own tags are welcome to rent an outpost camp. Moose north of Nakina can reach 1800 pounds but Moose in the 1000 to 1200 pound range are common.
