Marble Moose

The Marble Moose Strain is so rare that they are not protected like the Albino Moose, which is referred to as the Armstrong Strain. Presently the Marble Moose is considered by scientist to be a genetic mutation. The Marble Moose needs to be studied to see if the moose's spectacular marble patterns are caused by a recessive gene or just a fluke of nature. The Moose is so rare that studying them is next to impossible. Moose hunters should report any sightings to the MNR.
